Return Policy

At Zernabella, we are committed to providing high-quality, 100% human hair wigs and hair bundles. Due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of our products, All Sales Are Final with the exception of Damaged or Incorrect Orders.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any human hair wigs or hair bundles once they have been purchased or delivered. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the health and safety of all our customers. When wigs and extensions are purchased in store fronts, there are no returns or exchanges either. 

Final Sale Items

All hair products sold by Zernabella are considered final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Human hair wigs
  • Lace front wigs
  • Human hair bundles
  • Virgin human hair
  • Unprocessed human hair etc.

Once products leave our facility, they cannot be resold or restocked due to hygiene standards.

Please Review Before Purchasing

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Review product descriptions, length, texture, color, and lace type carefully before placing an order.
  • Customized wigs take about 4 to 6 business days to make.
  • Contact our customer service team with any questions prior to purchase.
  • Ensure all order details are correct before checkout. Every wig piece may not be 100% identical.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Zernabella within 24 hours of delivery to include:

  • Clear photos.
  • Order date.
  • Order number.
  • Reason for request.

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. The return window is 14 days after delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in the original condition.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The buyer is responsible for making cancellation requests within the 24 hours timeframe after the initial purchase.
