Wigs/bundles are made to order. Note - Hair products may ship directly from hair manufacture and delivered separately from free gifts.

At Zernabella, we are committed to delivering your premium 100% human hair wigs and bundles safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within (1–3) business days after payment is confirmed/cleared. Then custom wigs take about (4) business days to make. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Orders may take longer to process during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Free Economy Shipping: estimation 9 -11 business days to USA.
  • Various items are mainly shipped as:
    -Hair products (directly from the hair manufacture after quality checks and inspections) via FedEx or selected carrier.
    -Other items and free gifts via USPS or selected carrier.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or inclement weather.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination region
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Zernabella is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Zernabella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
